Trade really seems to be blossoming in Rennibister. The whiskey business is of special notice, might I add. New merchants are always arriving in town to set up shop and trade with the merchants. One brand called "Latruin's Veil" seems to be doing wonderfully well. The local women would say that it has fared too well, as they sometimes lose their Husbands and sons for several moons on end. The lost males and even some females wander aimlessly for days in their drunken "euphoria".
Despite the good fortune of late, there have been some rumors about the City Guards, strange visitors and the disappearance of more than one important Chieftain Prince. It may be nothing and then again we may want to take notice. Tell me what you know brother.
There is a bad storm overhead and I must leave you now to seek a safe, dry place. No time to tarry on... Please entreat the Prime Mage to send all of your guild followers to look behind the cupboards a little more. The air is thick with something vile... I can feel it. All the townsfolk may talk on well and high spirited, but underneath it, something is unsettling.Don't be afraid to look where normally you are not permitted. I'll send news to all the weapons merchants when I have more to tell you. Pass this on to them when you see them and they will seek out the proper assistance.
